Verses 17 and 18
Messiah Paid the Penalty
Our training continues to build the picture of one type of presentation of the Messiah and His good news. The first four verses were more like bad news – “All have Sinned” and “Sin’s Penalty.” Now we look at what the Messiah would have to pay to redeem the elect. Continue to memorize and meditate on these verses and consider their larger context of our King Messiah, His people, and His promise to us – as we make disciples of Him – His way – He assures us that He will never leave us.
The study page will focus on two passages. One in the Tenach, prophesying what the Messiah would do. One passage in the Apostolic Scriptures, that gives us insight into what these prophets of old understood about His coming. As you complete this study page consider who God might enable you to have a conversation with about these things. Who is your man/woman? Who are you discipling and/or who is discipling you?
(Study page will be posted soon – please check back)
